If you haven’t heard it yet, Mileys new single is catchy, its poppy, its all you would expect from an upbeat feel good song, but the melody is pretty familiar!
Many are noticing the similarities between the new single and the Bruno Mars hit ‘if i was your man’ and there is a very good reason for that!
The Bruno Mars hit was played at her wedding to Liam Hemsworth back in 2018, however following from their split this new single has been perfectly thought out as the ultimate fire back power song!
Miley has sensationally flipped the lyrics of the Bruno Mars hit, subtly hinting that she doesn’t need a man because she’s the strong independent woman that can do it all by herself!
As if turning the lyrics on the once song that her husband chose for her to fire back with, she filmed the music video in the house where he supposedly had affairs with models!
If that wasn’t enough to make Liam feel uncomfortable, she then sensationally dropped the new single on January 13th. Liam’s birthday!
Now i don’t know about you, but this is the level of petty we should all aspire to be!
